An insatiable appetite for knowledge and whim drove our bearings into uncommon varieties, regions, and factors. These inquisitive explorations and experiments led to profound discoveries of new vineyard locations, new varieties that blossomed through fermentation and ageing, and more ideas that never had a home, or a fit, in our traditional palaces of wine worship.
